I don’t usually pierce with 1.2mm PTFE for napes but this customer requested it and despite the swelling in the picture, we trimmed it down snug like a month later.

Here’s a before and after shot of Charlotte’s tongue pierced by myself within returning two weeks later for a shorter bar. Standard piercing is 1.6mm x 20mm, which is in the first shot as was pierced with. The second shot is after the shorter, 1.6mm x 14mm bar had been fitted.

Bill’s a returning customer and as shown in an earlier post, I’ve pierced a fair bit of Bill w/blackline titanium. Erl, Cheeks, Angelbites, original Snakebites before stretching, Medusa before stretching and here we have added two ‘lip piercings’ the second and sixth from left to right. Bill heals real well and am honoured to add to his collection.
