I had my nose pierced in October by James, who was professional & friendly. The place was well run & clean, so I returned today to have 3 new piercings in my ears – 2 in the left lobe & one in the top of my right ear. Miari did the piercings, & she was brilliant. Listened to what I was looking for & got it just right. She was friendly, professional, I felt at ease straight away, the whole process was smooth.

I highly recommend this place!!! The staff and results was amazing, friendly and great at giving people what they desire. Going to get my ears pierced caused me to be a bit nervous, however once I got my ears pierced I no longer was afraid because they put me to ease. If your getting a new piercing I highly recommend this place.

Had a very good experience here. Went in December. I wanted an upper earlobe piercing. I’ve only ever had my earlobes pierced when I was a toddler so I didn’t really know what to expect. The staff were lovely and patient. I had El Capitan to do my piercing. All professional, used sterile tools, gave me a detailed description of what I should expect, got an aftercare pack and a printout of what I should and shouldn’t do, the works. I’m really happy with my experience and expect to go back in a few months for another one. I’m waiting for the current one to properly heal. I do occasionally roll on it in my sleep and suddenly wake up. A big thank you to everyone at Shiva!

I chose to get my piercings here after reading all of the positive reviews and I’m glad I did! James pierced my septum & right ear lobe and he was super friendly and answered any questions, and made sure I was fully informed on how to clean the piercings. He was also extremely precise with the piercings – neither of which hurt at all. All the staff who work there were also super nice. I’ll be going back here to get more piercings down the line, but I seriously can’t recommend this place enough 🙂

I came here to get my daith pierced after reading all the amazing reviews, and I definitely wasn’t disappointed! I was running late and even though James, the piercer, was fully booked, I was still seen and pierced. I would 100% recommend this place. This place is a wonderful wonderful place. Impeccable service. Got pierced by el captain. He is the most patient person I have ever met. He spent time explaining everything in detail. Washed his hands before starting the procedure, was polite, kept reassuring me the healing would be fine. I only gave this a 4 star because I didn’t get pierced at the exact point he marked. I went in as I had a ball which had fallen off my rook piercing. He was kind and put it back on for me whilst asking about the history of my piercing as I didn’t originally get it pierced there. There was also no charge. I’m defiantly going there for my piercing next time!!!

I got my septum pierced at shiva piercings nearly 2 months ago and the service was amazing I had so many questions and they answered all them for me when I was getting it pierced they where amazing again and really nice , I had to go back to get the ring stretched and I called them in the morning and I came up the same day I definitely recommend . I will only get pierced here now.

I got a web piercing done and was given a little ‘discount’ as a web isn’t actually on their price list and since the web is on the tongue i wasn’t charged the full price for a tongue piercing but a ear piercing…£25,
i was able to choose what jewel i wanted there and the guy was very friendly and approachable. in the piercing room it is clean and sanitary, everything is organised and the piercer made sure he had gloves on. we had a good conversation and it was quick and easy. i will fully recommend this place!

I got a septum here on Halloween 2016 by “El Capitan”, and I’m highly satisfied with my piercing! I didn’t have to ring up and book beforehand, I walked in and had a 45-minute wait which I was fine with. The piercer was very nice and welcoming, and gave me all of the relevant information I needed. If you’re looking for a piercing at a professional standard with a good team at a good price, Shiva is your place!

I had my nose pierced there a month ago and was very happy with the experience. It cost £20, which is £10 cheaper than a lot of studios around London. The staff behind the counter were relaxed and friendly and the piercer is a really nice guy. I bought a ring to put in myself at a later date and went on my way.
I went back there today, because the ring I’d been given was actually far too big and felt like I’d paid for something unusable on their staff’s recommendation. The person who advised me wasn’t there today and the staff behind the counter said I would have to speak to the piercer about it, which was fair enough. When he came out, he remembered me and agreed that the ring was too big (but also told me I should be waiting three months to put in a ring. Oops!) So he agreed to give me a new ring for free on the condition that I wait a bit longer and he will put it in himself.
All in all, I’d recommend this place if you’re thinking of getting a piercing.

I hadn’t had my ears pierced in a long time as my last experience wasn’t very nice. I went into Shiva today to get my ears pierced again and I found everyone to be very pleasant. The man who served me made sure I knew all the prices of the earrings and was prompt in getting me in for them to be done. James who did the piercing was very professional and so friendly I felt at ease with him right away and he kept me distracted while the piercings were being done so I didn’t really notice the pain and had a pleasurable experience I will definitely be returned to buy my earrings from them when my piercings have healed.
