Sternum Micro Dermal Anchor

Sternum Micro Dermal on a real sweet lady, literally she owned a cake shop! 🙂

This is 2011 I think… and of all the places to anchor a dermal; this is definitely one of the most aesthetically pleasing and heals pretty well so I really like doing them. Obviously with dermals and piercings in general; try not to catch them!
