Inner-Pinner/Forward-Helix Piercing w/CBB

I usually pierce Inner-Pinner’s with bars, especially if two or three are requested; but on some small ears a CBB can be more suitable. This is pierced w/1.2mm x 8mm titanium CBB by El Capitan @ Shiva Piercings.
