The top five stars of the seven, lower to top ear cartilage; were pierced by myself over the years by needle w/titanium bars and later changed to silver star studs. Inner Pinner Piercing
The inner pinner piercing is one that is gaining popularity fast and becoming more and more requested. Some people want one, two or usually three. I do them in stages, two at once tops; for healing. I also use, as here; a 1.2mm x 8mm titanium labret bar/or a straight bar. When healed I usually recommend a shorter bar, 1.2mm x 6 or even 4mm. I will also pierce here w/a CBB ring, though take extra care when pierced with a ring.
